“Guided Into All Truth”
Thursday, December 6th, 2007Left to our own abilities, we would avoid certain truths that convict us or make us uncomportable. But the spirit of truth guides us into all truth and helps us face reality. Denials and excuses are some of sin’s deadliest weapons. The spirit overcomes all our excuses and denials in life with HIS truth. The spirit tells us all that the Father and the Son have said. He brings to your mind the word of God. His revelations are not his own ideas but eternal truths revealed in God’s word.
John 16:13 … When the spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not be presenting his own ideas, he will be telling you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.
